Where are you located?
Sitters4Critters operates out of Morrisville, Pa, 19067. A suburb of Philadelphia, only 5 minutes from Trenton NJ.
How do we exchange keys?
You provide 2 sets of keys to your walker. The other set is kept in a locked box for emergencies.
Why do you only provide private walks?
At Sitters4Critters, your dog deserves personal attention. We guarantee to meet your dogs specific needs by walking privately.

Am I committed to a schedule?
We advise to let us know your schedule ASAP. Daily dog walking customers must cancel before 8 am the day of the walk. Otherwise a full fee will be charged. For vacation customers, since we are unable to recover the loss, anything cancelled within 2 weeks will lose 50% of the vacation stay.
How do I know my visits occurred?
Sitters4Critters has a patented GPS Tracking App to ensure you know someone has visited. When the visit begins, you’ll receive an instant email notification. You can view your pets’ route routine online from your Pet Check Technology dashboard. When the visit ends, you’ll receive another email notification, including the exact GPS route, pictures if available, and a report card!
Do you provide late night / morning walks?
Yes of course! Our posted hours are 5 am to 11 pm, but please keep in mind our emergency service fee for after hours.

What are your qualifications for your employees?
Sitters4Critters interviews 3 times. They must pass a background check and screening process. They must keep up with trainings, be college educated, and drug-free. Finally, you approve the dog walker or pet sitter of your choice.
Are your employees Insured and Bonded?
Yes, all of our employees are fully insured and bonded. Additionally, we have umbrella insurance.
Do you have breed restrictions?
No. All of our walkers are qualified to walk any breed.
What is a meet and greet?
A meet and greet is a 30 minute complimentary meeting with you and your pet (s) to make sure they are comfortable with your sitter.
Will I get the same walker for all my visits?
Will the walker feed my pet (s) if needed?
Sitters4Critters provides full service. Meaning, we feed your pets, bring in mail, do litter box, clean pet messes. (Just to name a few)
The Technology Behind Pet Check
How does Sitters4Critters use the Pet Check Technolgy on dog walks?
The moment their pet is cared for, they receive an email with the details including a walk route, helpful notes like “running low on food,” and even photos! They’ll look forward to the delight of knowing their special companion is happy, healthy and safe.
Who sets up my Pet Check?
We do. We do not charge to set up an account for you. You will be able to manage your pet (s) schedule on Pet Check as well.
Do I download the Pet Tech Technology app?
Yes, you may.

How do I pay for my walks?
Every Sunday an auto deduction will be made. There is monthly, bi-weekly, cash, and check options as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy to our walkers, please cancel outside 2 weeks.
How do I pay for my vacation pet boarding?
Full payment is due at the time of consultation for reservation.
