Next to the German Shepherd, the Rottweiler has one of the nastiest bites. Who won? The Coyote or Rottweiler?
This story happened 2 years ago, but it finally went viral Monday August 11th. The Chihuahua in the video is named “Trixxie”. Trixxie the Chihuahua weighs only 3-6 pounds. A hungry Coyote weighs over 75 pounds and the teeth are as sharp as knives.
Populations of wolves have increased in North America and pet owners and walkers should be aware. As a trusted dog walker in Morrisville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I have witnessed dogs attacking other dogs, but NEVER a wolf as seen in this video.

The Rottweiler who saved the day- his name is “Happy”. Much to his credit, he saved the Chihuahua from certain death.
If there was a pack of wolves do you think it would of changed Happy’s mind to attack? Perhaps the wolf thought Trixxie was another small prey, do you think Trixxie had a small chance of survival?
As a professional pet sitter we can only be equipped with so much. I do not pack walk, so my only defense is pepper spray and a loud voice to scare off any problems.
