Shopping Tips: New Dog- Food: Choose dry food for healthier teeth and gums. Recommended brands such as Royal Canine puppy / cat food are nutrient packed for proper growth. Be sure to buy the correct product formulated for your pet. Your pet must have fresh water available at all times.

Bowls: Stainless steel or ceramic bowls without painting on the inside is suggested. Stainless steel is easier to keep clean and they do not absorb odors like plastic can.
Leashes: A 6-foot harness works great. You want to avoid collars that get pulled on the pets neck hurting the trachea and cause other issues. Avoid retractible leashes at all costs! If your pet is well-trained, you might change your mind if you have better control.
Treats: Choose hard treats to help promote healthy teeth and gums for your pet. Treats should only be given in small amounts. You should be using treats as part of your training regiment, not a dietary supplement. Giving too many treats can result into overweight and unhappy pets.

Kennel: There are crates designed for home use and traveling. If you purchased a crate for your cat or puppy, make sure they can stand and turn around completely. You can buy dividers to use as he or she grows. So we suggest buying the biggest crate possible for your pets maximum size.
Collar & Tags: When you chose your new collar, measure your pets neck and add two inches. You should be able to fit two fingers under the collar. A ID tag should indicate dogs name, address, and phone number.
Chew Toys: Do not give your puppy pig ears cow hooves, or raw hides. Dentabones are great for chew toys.
Grooming Aids:
