Pet Walker Levittown Meets Husky “Zelda”

Hi there!  I am walking here with a beautiful Husky  named “Zelda”.  Zelda is a 12 year old Husky hailing from Steeplebush Dr in Levittown, Bucks County.

Zelda’s continued legacy to the Husky breed has set the bar to new levels..  This special breed has continued to amaze me by their intelligence.

Huskies catch the eyes of many film producers, artists, and writers by their awe-inspiring talents by power and athleticism mostly known for pulling sleighs.  However, it doesn’t stop there!  Huskies are remarkable dogs and their ability to learn is astonishing.

I started this walking career to meet and learn about all types of breeds and it is certainly paying off!

Did you know?

1.  They are intelligent and independent.

2. Are not known to be aggressive.

3. Huskies generally do well with other dogs in the same home.

4. Huskies are difficult to train.

5. Huskies are escape artists and are well known to put the “H” to Houdini.

Being a walker in Levittown, I’ve learned many different techniques about dog behavior, how to react to emergency situations, and how to handle breeds who love to “pull” on the leash.

Despite the difficulty owning a Husky, the rewards and benefits are many!

Here are some closing tips:

*In warmer climates, Huskies shed for 2-3 weeks twice a year. Prepare yourself for never ending cleaning!*

*Buy from a reputable breeder or look at rescues*

*Take some time learning about Huskies before you get this breed!*

*Huskies cannot be lose off a leash or they will run away and chase other small animals*

*Huskies are affectionate, don’t leave alone with small children*

*Huskies were bred to survive on little food, be sure to ask your Husky dietician the proper food intake*

*Huskies are very curious and could be injured when lost*

*Huskies are unsuitable watch dogs.  They typically will not bark when a stranger walks on your property*
